How You Can Use Your Insurance?


Most insurance carriers provide their members "out of network" reimbursement for prescription eyeglasses. While at the present time we do not accept vision insurance, we have provided forms to help you get reimbursed. When you buy from EyeglassUniverse.com, you will receive an itemized receipt for your new glasses. You can submit this receipt to your insurance company for direct reimbursement after purchasing eyeglasses at our web store. 

In some instances you can also use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to purchase glasses on our site. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through your employer you can often submit receipts for your optical purchases for reimbursement.  If you have a FSA debit or credit card with sufficient available funds for your purchases, please enter the card details during checkout when credit card details are requested.
